How to delete

On the website

1. 1Log in to Report the Report.
2. 2Press “Delete account” at the very bottom of the My page.
3. 3Review what will be deleted and enter your password. If your account was created with a social login and has no password, type the confirmation phrase shown on the screen.
4. 4Press “Request deletion”. Your request is recorded and a confirmation email is sent.

In the Android app

Open Settings → Delete account in the app. The deletion screen opens in your web browser; log in and follow the same steps as above.

7-day grace period

When you submit the request you are logged out right away, and logins on all devices and all share links are revoked. If you log in again within 7 days and press “Cancel deletion”, your account stays as it is. After 7 days, the data listed below is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data that is deleted

• Account information (email, nickname, profile) and preferences
• Documents, folders, documents in the trash, and all version history
• Images you uploaded into documents
• Share links and their view and report records
• Connected app devices and sign-in data (including auto-login)
• Social login connection data

Data that is kept, and for how long

• Payment and refund records: kept for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Your name and email are removed (anonymized); only the transaction details remain.
• Security records: activity logs used to prevent abuse keep only an account number and hash values; they do not include your name or email.

Paid subscription

If you have a subscription, it is cancelled (auto-renewal stops) when you request deletion, so you will not be charged again. No refund is issued automatically; please contact us below to request one.
